Sponsorship Opportunities
Each year we provide education and networking for our members through three education conferences. The vendor portion of the conference provides an opportunity for our members to gather information that may help them with their day-to-day duties as a medical staff professional.
All vendors/sponsors are listed on the conference brochure and acknowledged during the program. All vendors/sponsors are encouraged to provide promotional inserts for attendees which will be included in the conference packet or goody bag if we have a mailing vendor/sponsor.
INAMSS has four (4) levels of sponsorship with a variety of benefits to the Donor. Donor must submit payment online and also complete corresponding Vendor/Sponsor Registration Form.
- Level I Sponsorship - any monetary amount and/or product donation for door prize. Acknowledgment of sponsorship in the conference brochure and at the conference.
- Level II Sponsorship - $300.
- Level I + your company logo on the INAMSS website for three months (with link to your product page) + one of the following:
- Opportunity for 10 minute presentation by your representative or a customer promoting your product/service (can be live or pre‐recorded).
- Sponsorship of session‐ features your company logo and link to webpage.
- Your company may provide a promo link that will be provided to all attendees.
- Opportunity to provide swag bags (LIVE conferences only).
- Opportunity for 10 minute presentation by your representative or a customer promoting your product/service (can be live or pre‐recorded).
- Level I + your company logo on the INAMSS website for three months (with link to your product page) + one of the following:
- Level III Sponsorship - $500
- Level I + Level II + your company logo on the INAMSS website for a total of 6 months (with link to your product page) + your choice of another one of the following:
- Opportunity for 10 minute presentation by
